STÉPHANIE MAILLET
Founder and Lead Economist
​After a thriving career in the public service, Stephanie felt it was time to focus on the grass roots level in her community. She started Stemma Analytics to offer her clients extensive and unbiased economic services so that they can make the best decisions for their organizations.
​
Stephanie has extensive experience in various industries including mining and energy, healthcare administration and tourism. She has been involved in the estimation and analysis of economic indicators, such as gross domestic product (GDP) and the consumer price index (CPI).
​
Stephanie is passionate about solving complex problems, and believes there are solutions to most problems. She thrives on being challenged and her greatest personal reward is derived from building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with her clients and her community.

Stephanie has a Masters in Development Economics (MDE) from Dalhousie University, and is fully bilingual in English and French.
AMY PARADIS
Communication and Creative Lead
Amy Paradis is a bilingual communications and community engagement specialist with experience supporting initiatives that strengthen civic participation, cultural vitality and local resilience. Her political engagement includes her work as Communications Specialist for MLA Ronnie LeBlanc and serving as Communications Lead for his bid as 2025 Federal Liberal candidate in Acadie–Annapolis, as well as Communications Officer for the Municipality of Clare.
Amy has also led and supported community-based initiatives across sectors, including food security through the Clare Share Fridge Communautaire, immigration and newcomer integration with the Communauté francophone accueillante de Clare, and major cultural mobilizations such as the Congrès mondial acadien 2024 bid committee.
In the visual arts sector, she collaborates closely with the Conseil des arts de la Baie on programs that connect artists with their communities. Across all her work, Amy brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to engagement, storytelling, and collective action.


YVETTE COMEAU
Language and Cultural Spaces
Originally from Baie Sainte-Marie, Nova Scotia, Yvette is deeply attached to her Acadian culture, which enriches both her personal life and her community involvement. Driven by a constant curiosity and a genuine love of learning, she has accumulated extensive
experience in both the private and public sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, an Honours Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Translation, and a Master of Arts in Francophone Cultures and Spaces.
